Our Mission

Through educational programs, research, public campaigns and advocacy initiatives, the Association works to strengthen social inclusion, gender equality, support for young people and marginalized groups, as well as the improvement of public policies of importance to citizens.

Our Team

Filip Denda

Executive Director

Filip Denda was born on 28 September 1999. Since 2021, he has been engaged as a researcher and teaching associate at the Faculty of Humanistic Studies of the University of Donja Gorica. During his undergraduate studies, he received several awards as one of the best students, while during his master’s studies he was awarded a scholarship by the Ministry of Education for outstanding students. He is currently a PhD candidate at the Faculty of Humanistic Studies of the University of Donja Gorica and a recipient of the Excellence Scholarship for Doctoral Research in Montenegro. He has participated in several international conferences, academic mobility programmes, and research-related projects. He is fluent in English.
